polybeat is a sophisticated drum and percussion sequencer offering extensive versatility in creating intricate polyrhythmic and polymetric patterns.
Please note that polybeat operates as a standalone sequencer and requires integration into an AUv3-compatible host such as AUM, Audiobus, ApeMatrix, Nanostudio 2, or connection to external sound-generating devices like drum machines, synthesizers, computers, or other hardware.
- Individually adjustable sequence length per drum voice (from 1 to 32 steps)
- Customizable step length per drum voice (ranging from double whole notes to 64th notes, featuring tuplets and dotted notes)
- Every sequencer step can be modulated by various attributes including accent control, ratcheting (note repeats), skip feature (play every *n* loops), chance element, and timing offset
- Utilizes a sample-accurate sequencing engine
- Intuitive and responsive native user interface
- Undo/redo functionality
- Muting or solo options for individual drum voices
- Instant transformation possibilities for sequences through actions such as shifting left/right, rotating, randomizing, mirroring, reversing, doubling, and bisecting
- Comprehensive AUv3 preset saving and state-saving capabilities
- Enables copying and pasting patterns between different instances of the plugin
- Mapping presets available for popular AUv3 drum applications and hardware drum machines
- Incorporates musical scale presets allowing polybeat to function as a melodic sequencer

- Operates offline without relying on push notifications, ads, in-app purchases, or third-party behavioral tracking tools
